Mary Pat was a Public Health Administrator at Hillcrest Family Services before retirement. She graduated from Clarke University and received her Masters Degree in Health Service Administration from Cardinal Strich. Mary Pat was born May 10, 1941, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Clarence J.
